Our journey in the exciting world of real estate began in the year 1994, and the 29 years of our journey are dotted with successful milestones. Initially, we started with executing prestigious residential construction projects. Then we identified a niche area in the real estate ecosystem, which is the redevelopment of societies. Heritage Group is the pioneer of redeveloping buildings and creating a new lifestyle for both, the existing apartment owners and new buyers.  

We initiated this pathbreaking and visionary endeavour in 1994 when there was no other builder and developer in the redevelopment scenario. We have always delivered more than what we have committed in our redevelopment proposal, which is why Heritage Group is now the preferred redevelopment partner for societies intending to go in for redevelopment of their premises. We have successfully executed many redevelopment projects in Chembur. Our major expertise and core strength is in the redevelopment of housing society projects. Our focus area is creating visually stunning landmarks in the premium housing segment.

Motivated by our success, many builders entered the redevelopment business around 2003, and by that time, we were already established in this sector and firmly positioned as the leading property redevelopment specialists.
